1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and d786 ("d786", "the platform", "we" or "us") in relation to your access to and use of the d786 website and any associated mobile applications, including the Android APK available for download from this site.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one d786 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all accounts involved.

When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. d786 accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. d786 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. 4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on d786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. The available methods and their minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your d786 PKR wallet once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within a few minutes. Bank transfers and Raast transactions may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

• Only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within one to three business days, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Active Bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fully met.
• d786 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal requests made during periods of account review will be placed on hold until the review is completed.

6. Betting Rules

d786 offers Sports Betting markets covering Cricket (including PSL and all international formats), Football, Esports and other sports as listed on the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the point of confirmation.
• Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are subject to the live odds available at the moment of submission. Network latency or delays on the player's side do not entitle a claim to different odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip.
• d786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious error in the odds was present, or where the outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of an event being cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules published on the platform at the time of the event.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits and eligible games or markets — which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all d786 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money PKR balance. Bonus funds must complete their stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, device, IP address and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• d786 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and are actively completing wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be permitted to continue under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering volume — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

8. Casino and Game Rules

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to exploit software errors, latency, or glitches in odds for systematic advantage (commonly referred to as "arbing" against errors)
• Colluding with other players in Casino games or Sports Betting markets
• Match-fixing or placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome
• Using d786 accounts to launder money or process payments on behalf of third parties
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

10. Account Suspension and Closure

d786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct
• Request by the account holder via the self-exclusion tool
• Extended periods of account inactivity

If your account is closed by d786 due to a Terms breach, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Legitimate PKR deposits not implicated in any breach will be returned to the original payment method after any relevant review period.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed normally.

11. Responsible Gaming
